MetaSystem first started out as an individual company at Reggio Emilia in 1973. From the outset, the founder members had only one aim: to take on and succeed in any challenge they were given. And if no interesting challenges were forthcoming... to challenge the company itself to improve its own organisation every single day, to keep up to date and always be one step ahead.

This is what was behind the development of the MetaSystem group of companies, with one base at Varese and four subsidiaries in Europe (France, UK, Spain and Germany) in addition to its numerous production sites at Reggio Emilia.
